Farmstead and mill dating from the early to mid 19th century. It has a remarkably well-preserved water-powered threshing mill with single-ring, mid-breast, 6 spoke wood and iron wheel, 0.48m by 2.89m. The mill building is single-storey, rubble with a corrugated-iron roof and has a platform inside for access to the top of the mill. It is depicted on the OS map of 1867 as a corn mill, with its lade and pond to the northwest. Besides the mill itself there is an L-shaped building and a single long range to the north. By the 1888 edition there are two further smaller buildings to the south of the mill.
