Details Disused corn mill, depicted on the 1st and 2nd edition OS maps. The buildings are still roofed and in reasonable condition. The mill dates largely to the 19th century, but may have earlier origins. Constructed of pinned rubble, harl pointed. The mill wheel is endorsed between parallel buildings. A standing building survey was carried out over the mill in January 2013 by Acanthus Architects prior to the redevelopment of the mill into residential accommodation. The survey suggest that the mill is likely to have been in existence by the late 18th century. The mill wheel and internal mechanisms survive, and are to be retained in situ during the proposed development.
