Details Cottage, still in residential use, built in the mid 19th century wih a later porch. It is a single storey and attic, three-bay estate cottage that is harled with Turriff sandstone margins. There is a four-panelled door to the centre with a letterbox strip fanlight, and the later wooden gabled porch addition has decorative, scrolled barge boards, supported by tree trunk columns. Windows flank at the ground floor, and there are two-canted tripartite dormers to the outer bays of the attic with piended roofs, and a skylight to the centre. Sash and case windows with a four-pane glazing pattern is used. The grey slate roof has ashlar coped skews and stacks and some decorative cans.
