Cottage, still in residential use, built in the early to mid 19th century, with later heightening and extension. It is shown on the 1st and 2nd edition OS maps as a rectangular building with a second building to the rear facing onto New Road, now Boyne Street. Current OS maps show the building facing onto Boyne Street has been removed, and the cottage extended to the south into the space. It is a single-storey and attic, three-bay, harled cottage with painted margins. There are small windows in the ground floor, including one in the seaward gable. Two finialled and gabled dormers have been added later. There is a slate roof with coped end stacks. The addition to the south is single-storey and gabled.
