Cottage, still in use, probably built in the early to mid 19th century, with a later 19th century heightening. It is a single-storey and attic, three-bay cottage, with a rubble frontage with contrasting painted joints and margins. There is a centre entrance, concrete skewputts, coped end stacks to the slate roof, which has a loft roof light. Later gabled dormers break the wallhead in the outer bays, and there is a later single-storey, two-bay mono pitched-roof extension at the south gable with a doorway.
