Cottage, still in use, built in the mid 19th century. It is a single-storey, three-bay, rubble-built cottage, with contrasting painted joints and rendered margins. The centre entrance has a panelled door, and there is a small window in the seaward gable. The slate roof has coped end stacks. A small, gabled, rubble store is set-back at the south gable, with a doorway and corrugated asbestos roof.
