Cottage, still in use, built in the later 19th century. It is a single-storey and attic, three-bay cottage, with a rubble frontage with contrasting painted joints and margins, and a harled gable. The ground floor has a centre door and enlarged bipartites, and gabled and finialled dormers break the wallheads in the outer bays. The slate roof has coped end stacks.
