Former Aberdeen Town and Country Bank, built circa 1840. Two-storey and 3-bay, with an ashlar frontage, harl pointed rubble return gables with polished ashlar dressings, piended platform slate roof with a single rear corniced stack. The central corniced door is flanked by enlarged windows. There is a bandcourse between first and second floors, regular fenestration on the first floor, and ground floor windows in the south return gable. Windows have 4-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. On the north return gable wall is a reset painted royal coat of arms, 1634, together with a 1628 datestone and worn carved Virgin and Child.
