Former warehouse, built in the early to mid 19th century. It is a single storey and dormerless attic, five-bay warehouse, constructed from rubble, with tooled rubble dressings. There are three segmental-headed openings, partially blocked as windows with fixed multi-pane glazing. The fourth in the outer north bay is closed with double-leaf plank doors. The courtyard is entered through bay four, closed with later gates. The south return gable has an attic window. The roof is corrugated asbestos.
