House, still in use, dated 1868. It is a corner block of two storeys and attic, with three bays to Low Street (west) and two to Bridge Street (north), with additional pend bays to each street frontage. It is constructed from dark tooled local whinstone, with tooled ashlar dressings. The curved corner bay is slightly recessed, with a first floor window below the gablet, with a consoled datestone and a harled and heightened apex stack. The datestone reads '18 JF 68'. Each street frontage has two wallhead gabled dormers. There are end stacks and a slate roof.
