The building is two-storey and dormerless attic, with a wide five-bay frontage and return gable to High Shore (west) forming an L-plan. It is harled with painted margins, and has two doorways and regular first floor fenestration, with plate glass glazing in timber sash and case windows. There are end stacks with renewed copes to the slate roofs. The rear court is enclosed by a wall at the High Shore (west) frontage. Photographic recording was carried out in 2023 ahead of proposed alterations.
