Boathouse, follies gates and gatepiers, designed by A. Marshall Mackenzie and Son in 1922-3. The follies take the form of a pair of symmetrical 4-storey tower houses with battlemented parapet cap-houses and circular stair towers, heavy gatepiers with griffins and immense wrought iron gates between. The boathouse has a portcullis gate, square angle turrets and handsome square room vaulted in four compartments. Built of ashlar masonry in uneven courses.
