Details Site of Kemnay railway station, an intermediate station on the Kintore Junction to Alford branch, opened by the Alford Valley Railway on the 25th March 1859. This line was later incorporated into the Great North of Scotland Railway, grouped into the London and North-Eastern Railway, and closed to regular passenger traffic on the 2nd January 1951.
