Details South lodge and gate piers belonging to Castle Fraser, with associated kennels and well. Depicted on the 1st and 2nd edition OS maps, still in residential use. The well house is a rectangular vaulted structure, ashlar-fronted, with relief panels of 'Moses striking the Rock' and 'Moses on Mount Sinai'. The fountain in the front has a dormer head from Castle Fraser, and probably dates to circa 1795.
