Remains of a medieval church, dedicated to St Mary, which formerly belonged to the Abbey of Lindores. The church fell into disuse when the Parish of Logie-Durno was united with Chapel of Garioch circa 1599. The foundations of the rectangular church, now category C listed, are much overgrown, and measure circa 19 m x 6.2 m internally, with walls circa 1 m wide. A low turf-covered mound extending circa 9.2 m from the east end probably represents the remains of the chancel, while a mound to the west end suggests that it was apsidal ended, but the remains are too thickly covered with ivy to be certain. The burial ground is still in use. Within the burial ground is the category B listed Dalrymple Horn Elphinstone Burial Enclosure, built shortly after 1798. It is a square enclosure, with harled walls and rough ashlar angle piers. The Gothic West front has an archway with convex skewed gable and coat of arms over it, flanked by niches.
