Former farmstead, the steading now in residential use. The 1st edition map shows a square plan steading, almost totally enclosing a court open at only the southeast corner. It appears to have two horsemills, one attached to the outer elevation of the north wing, and one attached to the inner elevation of the north wing. To the east is a rectangular building, assumed to be the farmhouse. This layout remains largely the same on the 2nd edition map, although the horsemill on the outer elevation has been removed and a small attached D-shaped enclosure has been added to the outside of the east wing of the steading. Today, the steading survives in the same plan with the addition of a new building been added parallel to the west wing of the steading and the farmhouse has been extended.
