Food vessel, found prior to World War I (possibly in 1913). It is a fine small Yorkshire vase food vessel in a dull pinky-grey fabric, decorated all over with incised chevrons, arranged vertically below the carination and horizontally on the neck and rim bevel. There are 5 imperforate stops in the shoulder groove. Complete although 1 rim sherd has been glued on. It measures 84mm high, 105mm rim diameter, 48mm basal diameter, 86mm internal rim diameter.
