Former manse, with outbuildings, designed by Mackenzie and Matthews in 1854. It is of severe late Georgian style of 2-storey and attic. The south front is harled, with 3-window and eaves belt course and two original canted dormers. There is a simple porch with frieze cornice and blocking course with centre panel. The back wing of granite rubble is single storey and attic with pedimented dormers on the east. There are extensive outbuildings evident on the 1st and 2nd edition OS maps, where an L-shaped range is depicted, but only part now survives. A large garden lies to the south.
