Details Remains of a now disused railway station. An intermediate station on the Oldmeldrum branch of the Great North of Scotland Railway provided for the small village surrounding Lethenty Mills: a number of sidings led to the mills. The station was opened on 1 July 1856 (by the Inverurie and Old Meldrum Rly.), closed to regular passenger traffic at the closure of the branch on 2 November 1931. The platform survives, the bridge number 347 is still visible on the abutment below the platform.
