Farmstead and cottages still in use. They are depicted on the OS 1st edition map which shows a group of 9 buildings. They include two long ranges which form two sides of an elongate court, a smaller rectangular building forming the southwest side. On the south side of the southern long range is a garden enclosure. North of the buildings is a mill pond and sluice. By the time of the 2nd edition one of the western buildings has been removed, and a pond lies on the site. Immediately north, what had been a group of three is now shown as a single structure. The northern range and smaller building around the court also appear to have been joined. Current maps indicate that some further alterations have been made to the buildings west of the ranges, but otherwise the layout is little changed. The ponds appear to have been infilled.
