Former mill of North of Scotland Milling Co., built in the 19th century some time after 1860. It comprises a 16-bay range of rubble buildings, 2-storey to yard, 4-storey towards railway, incorporating a large kiln with Aberdeenshire-type kiln vent, wooden floors and stout iron columns. Built of pinned red rubble, on a T-plan. It is depicted on the OS 1st edition map annotated as 'Turriff Steam Mill (Corn)' and on the 2nd edition annotated 'Turriff Mill (Corn)'.
