Former fishing store, now disused, built in the early 19th century. It is a two-storey and dormerless attic, irregular five-bay fishing store constructed on a steeply sloping site and fronted at the north with lower two-storey gabled projecting wings. The building is constructed from rubble with tooled granite dressings. There are entrances in the wings at the north fronting the yard, and a further entrance in the rear (south) elevation raised at the first floor and reached by a forestair. There are slate roofs with moulded copes to end and wallhead stacks. The triangular site is bounded by Union Street and Horn's Brae, and enclosed by a high rubble wall. The lower section of the enclosed land has a yard and open-sided shed, with the upper grassed area used as a drying green for fishing nets. The wide entrance in Horn's Brae is closed by simple wooden gates.
