Extensive walled garden, 1827, rebuilt and re-sited when new college (NJ80SE0054) was erected over their original site in 1898-1902. The walls are constructed from granite rubble and are partially brick lined. There is a delicate wrought-iron gate in the west wall, and a heated peach wall to the north with bee boles. At the south-west is a single storey three-bay, granite-built gardener's cottage with a slate roof.
