Cropmark of a large rectilinear enclosure, or cursus, defined by pits and ditches. It is at least 150m long and circa 20m wide. Transverse lines of pits divide it into at least four adjoining compartments aligned northwest-southeast, along the slope. The easternmost compartment is palisaded, defined by pits around the whole perimeter. The rest are defined by a continuous ditch visible as a thin linear trace. More pit alignments are visible to the south of the enclosure, the west end appearing 'flared'. There are two possible enclosures visible immediately to the south, suggested to be the remains of round barrows.
