Details Farmstead still in use. It is shown on the OS 1st edition 1867 map as a U-shaped steading open to the south, with a rectangular building to the southwest and another north of the steading adjacent to a well. . Immediately south of the steading is a pond and sluice. A lade appears to run from the well to the pond. The layout is unchanged on the OS 2nd edition 1888 map. Current maps and recent aerial photographs indicate that the north and east wings of the steading have since been removed and later buildings added here. The pond has been infilled.
