Details Remains of old Parish church, built in 1780, repaired 1840. It is built from coursed granite rubble with cherry cocking, ashlar quoins and window and door surrounds. The church is roofless but the wallheads have been capped to protect them from the elements. The west gable has a tall bellcote on the apex, built of ashlar stone. There is a narrow round-arched opening in which still hangs the bell. Below the belfry is a single arched window and arched and keystoned doorpiece below. The churchyard has interesting collection of 18th century tomb sculpture on the south wall and a number of 18th century recumbent slabs mostly turfed-over. Within the graveyard there are three First and Second World War Commonwealth war graves.
