Farmstead still in use. It is depicted on the OS 1st edition 1867 map which shows a U-shaped steading open to the south, three rectangular buildings - including one on the south side of the steading court, and an L-plan building, probably the house, to the south. By the time of the 2nd edition map two of the rectangular buildings had been removed, although another had been added west of the house, although this has since been removed. The steading and building on the south side of the court had been joined and extended to give a G-plan. Further alterations have since been made to the steading and new buildings added to the west. The farmhouse, of early 19th century date, is 2-storey and 3-window, harled with margins. The southern part of the farmhouse is category C-listed.
