The 1st edition shows a long L-plan range forming the west and north sides of a court, with a rectangular building with attached horse-mill on the south side of the court, a small rectangular building to the west, and to the east an L-plan building (house) with attached garden enclosure. By the time of the 2nd edition, the westernmost building had been removed but a horsemill is shown on the west side of the range, the earlier horsemill had been removed. Another building had been added on the south side of the court. The house had been extended and another small building added to the north. There have since been further alterations including removal of the north wing of the steading.
