Details South lodge to Haddo House (NJ83SE0076), built in circa 1845, possibly by J. and W. Smith, with a modern addition. It is a Tudor style, single-storey, rough granite ashlar lodge with a broad-eaved low-pitched roof. It has a two-window and centre porch elevation with a hoodmould door and twin diagonal shaft chimneys at the centre. The glazing has been partly altered.
