Cottage, still in use. It was built in the later 19th century, probably on an earlier site, and has later additions. It is a single-storey and attic, narrow two-bay, harled cottage with contrasting painted margins. A lean-to porch masks the doorway and has a single window to one side, and there is a canted wallhead dormer. The slate roof has an end stack. To the rear is a later weatherboard lean-to addition, and a rubble wall encloses the small rear yard.
