Cottage, still in use, probably built in the mid-later 18th century with considerable later additions. It is a single storey and attic, three-bay cottage. The original core is constructed from field rubble boulders. The front elevation is rendered and lined as ashlar, and there is a harled gable. A substantial lean-to porch fronts the centre entrance, and has a side doorway. A later single piended wallhead dormer has been added, and there are end stacks to the slate roof.
