Details Farmstead, no longer in use, depicted on the 1st and 2nd edition OS maps and named 'Nether Kingseat'. It is shown on the 1st edition OS map as a U-plan steading open to the south, with two buildings within the court and another to the south. There is an oblong pond to the east, and an L-plan house with a garden enclosure with a well to the west. On the 2nd edition OS map the building to the south of the steading has been extended, and the pond is slightly larger. Current maps show the house and pond have been removed, and the steading buildings have been incorporated into, or replaced by, later buildings. The original buildings are constructed from granite, and have been roofed over with steel structures. It has been disused since at least 2010.
