Details Site of pre-Reformation chapel, foundations of which were visible in the late 18th/early 19th century. OS found no trace in site visit in 1970. Site inspection by contractors for Scottish Water in July 2023 ahead of proposed water mains replacement observed possible traces related to the chapel: an alignment of stone masonry blocks, pieces pf white marble, possible pottery, worked red stone, and possible carved wood.
