Former Pitfour head gardener's house, still in residential use, built in circa 1820-30 with later alterations. The main part is two-storey and three-window, and it is harled with granite dressings, a bracketed, broad-eaved and a low-pitched piended roof. There are Tudor hoodmoulds to the windows at the first floor, rectangular bay windows in a verandah feature at the ground, crenellated single-storey wings and crenellated screen walls to the wallhead level at the back.
