Details Offices, built in the early 19th century. It is a two-storey with later attic, stuccoed building with a three-window elevation to to Seaforth Street (west) and two-window elevation to Commerce Street (south), with a curved ashlar granite corner to the south-west. There are architraved doorpieces at the centre of the west elevation and at the corner.
