Details Laird's house built in the late 17th or early 18th century. Interesting small laird's house. A tall and attractive house with good coped chimneystacks, central gablet and two small linked pavilions. Single storey laundry and stable coach-house block. Forecourt enclosed by low wall and ball-capped gatepiers. Interior woodwork replaced circa 1900. Grant for repair and restoration in 1980-1. It belonged to a branch of the Philorth Frasers for three centuries, latterly becoming a farmhouse, but again being improved.
