Farmstead, still in use, built in the 18th and 19th centuries to the west of Boyndlie House (NJ96SW0023). It is shown on the 1st edition OS map as an L-plan and rectangular-plan range, almost joining to form a U-plan steading. There are two ponds and a well to the north-west, a T-plan building to the south-east and a rectangular-plan building to the east. On the 2nd edition OS map there are minor alterations to the T-plan building and the ponds are no longer depicted. Current OS maps depict some sections of both the steading ranges as roofless. The C-listed steading has a single-storey, harled, piend roofed south range, built in circa 1790. The southern part of the harled east range is also 18th century, with the northern section being built in circa 1840. The north range, also circa 1840, is constructed from pinned square granite, and has segmental arches and a venetian features at the north pediment gable. The north part of the west range is 18th century, and has skewputts, and the south part is dated 'A.T.A.R. 1858'.
