Site of a steading, late 18th century in appearance and depicted on historic OS maps, where is is shown as a U-plan steading with attached horsemill. It was a jerkin-roofed and pantiled free-standing steading block constructed from roughly-squared, coursed and pinned rubble. Features included cart-arches, boarded double doors, a loft window and a pillerbox. Current OS maps show it has since been replaced with housing.
