Details Battle headquarters. The earth banking has been removed to reveal the observation post with all-round viewing slit. Below ground are sleeping quarters, an office and toilet. It appears to have been built to design 11008/4. A Royal Observer Corps post opened in February 1961 and closed October 1968 has also been recorded in this area.
