Bank, still in use, built in 1858 for Union Bank. It was probably built by William Smith of Aberdeen who designed the Fraserburgh office (now demolished) at the same time, although William Henderson was designing the smaller branches. It is a three-storey, granite ashlar building with quoin angles, and is bull-faced at the ground floor. The curved corner has tripartites, and there is a broad oversailing cornice. A watching brief was carried out in the grounds in 1994 (NK14NW0085).
