Details Graceful 2-span rubble built road bridge constructed in the 18th century (circa 1748). Constructed of granite rubble, it has flattened segmental arches of unequal size, one for flood relief only, a triangular cutwater, and parapet with large, flat-stoned coping. Partly rebuilt probably circa 1860s. It is situated on the Old Military Road (finished 1749) from Blairgowrie to Fort George. It is referred to as East Bridge on the 1776 Taylor and Skinner map.
