Two telephone kiosk, of the K6 type designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott in 1935 and produced from 1936 to 1968. This is a standard K6 type, cast-iron telephone kiosk painted Post Office red and comprising three sides of lying-pane glazing (eight high), narrow margin lights with one glazed side having a cup handle aligned with the fourth/fifth pane forming a door and a blind cast-iron panel to the rear holding the telephone and shelf. There is a rectangular glass opal with 'TELEPHONE' in black lettering to each side with a vent below and a central embossed crown surmounting, rising into four segmental headed pediments and terminating in a saucer dome.
