Cottage, still in use, built in the later 19th century. It is a single-storey and attic, T-plan cottage that is weatherboarded, flushed to the front and the remainder lapped. The grey slate roof has a tile ridge and central masonry stack. The principal three-bay west elevation is symmetrical, with a central two-leaf timber door flanked by canted windows. There is a pair of piended and canted dormers to the attic and further dormers to the flanking wing to the east.
