Details Former farmstead, now in residential use. The OS 1st edition map shows a long L-plan range and three rectangular buildings. By the time of the 3rd edition OS map the easternmost two buildings had been altered to form a U-shaped steading and a new rectangular building had been added on the west side of the farmstead. Current maps indicate that the latter and the north wing of the L-plan range have since been removed. The farmstead is shown on an Invercauld Estate map of 1811, named Ball Garden.
