Church, dated 1754, repaired and gable porches added 1854, still in ecclesiastical use. A Small, simple, rectangular-plan Georgian church, originally single-story, with a second-storey and new roof added in the mid 19th century, with painted harled walls and a slate roof. There is a small entrance porch on the west gable, below a simple bellcote and belfry. The church has three round-arched windows with simple tracery. The central window of the three is smaller and was the site of the original doorway into the church. The original stone lintel of the door was used as the sill of this window and bears the date 1754. The windows have simple grey sandstone ashlar surrounds. The church is shown on the OS 1st and 2nd edition maps, with a pump shown adjacent to the north boundary on the 2nd edition map and a guide post to the south east.
Inverarity War Memorial (NO44SE0059) is located in the southeast of the churchyard grounds.
