Site of a souterrain discovered in 1872 and excavated in the 19th century when a roughly paved surface was found. The side walls were composed of a single course of stones set on edge with covering stones over them. The entire length was 6.40m. The broadest part was 1m, at a point where it split into two passages, the passages gradually narrowing to 15cm wide by 76cm high. A quantity of cinders and charred wood was found on the floor. A stone ball, circa 80mm in diameter was found within the fill.
