House, still in use, built in the early 19th century. Also known as Adam's Cottage. It is a two-storey, three-bay rectangular plan harled house with painted margins and irregular openings to the rear. The pitched grey slate roof has straight skews with moulded skewputts and end and chimney stacks that are replaced in brick, with the central stack having polychromatic brickwork. The entrance door, which is to the left of the centre, has a moulded doorpiece with three masonic symbols to the lintel, and there is a central nepus gable.
