A small two-storey symmetrical former laird's house built in 1715, now a hotel annex. It is on a T-plan with projecting wings. Built of Hill of Fare red granite rubble with slate roof, and rubble end stacks with chamfered copes. Studded timber door and oval fanlight, with an armonial stone panel and larger oval light with decorative glazing above the door. Windows are predominantly 12-pane (replacement). Ha' Hoose is an example of an early classical country house, its exterior largely unaltered. Restored in 1923 and used as a hotel annexe to the Raemoir Hotel.
