Cottage dating from the late 18th century, shown on OS 1st and 2nd edition maps. A 3-bay traditional cottage, single storey and attic, built of coursed granite rubble with a grey slate roof and tiled ridge, coped stone skews with simple skewputts, coped granite gablehead stacks with circular cans, and cast-iron rainwater goods. There is a corrugated-iron, piend-roofed addition. The principal (east) elevation is symmetrical with a central boarded timber door, flanked by 4-pane casement windiows and with 2 symmetrically placed 2-pane skylights to the attic.
