Details Tenement, in residential use, built in the early and mid 19th century with various later alterations. The southern area of Number 24 was formerly housed a net-making workshop. It is a plain two-storey, five-bay, rectangular-plan terraced small tenement that is rendered and painted with brick to the rear, a band course and projecting cills. The grey slate roof has coped and rendered, ridge and gablehead stacks with some cans. The principal east elevation has two bays to the north forming Number 23, comprising a part-glazed timber door at the north and a single window to the south, two windows at the first floor and a slate-hung polygonal-roofed canted dormer above. Three bays to the south form Number 24, comprising a part-glazed timber door at the centre with broad flanking openings, each with vertically-boarded timber shutters and deep-set full-height windows. There is regular fenestration to the first floor and two slate-hung, polygonal-roofed canted dormer windows above. The rear west elevation is single-storey (first floor) due to the steeply rising ground. A photographic survey was carried out in 2022 prior to proposed internal redevelopment.
